1. Horizontal kick

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Put your weight on one leg and lift the other leg as you perform the karate kick. Return your leg to the ground and do the same with the opposite leg, alternating between one leg and the other. Perform 30 repetitions in 4 sets.

2. Extremely explosive sumo squat

Stand with your feet together in an open place and jump with your legs wide open to perform a sumo squat, then return to the starting position with the same jumping motion. Perform 30 repetitions in 4 sets.

3. Side extensions

Get into a push-up position, straighten your arms and legs, lift one leg as high as possible, then return to the starting position, switch sides and lift the other leg. Perform a total of 30 repetitions in 4 sets. 

4. Round Feet Movements

 While lying on your side with your legs straight, begin to rotate one of your legs; Try to keep it as straight as possible and tense all your muscles. Complete 15 repetitions and switch sides to do 15 more. Complete 4 sets. 


5. Stand with your feet sideways.

 Stand up, stretch your arms to shoulder height to maintain balance and raise one leg as straight as possible; try placing it above your knees, return to the same position, then do 10 repetitions and switch sides. Complete 4 sets. 

6. Middle Place

 your knees and palms on the floor forming a “four” position, legs in this position, raised at hip level without stretching, return to the starting position and do 10 repetitions on each side. Do 4 sets. 

7. Jump Rope 

Jumping rope is a powerful cardiovascular exercise for burning fat and losing weight. Moreover, it is one of the best exercises because it works all the muscles of the body. It is also beneficial for the heart as it helps reduce heart rate and blood pressure, it will also help you eliminate stress. Do this for 10 to 20 minutes.
