Exercises
During the first week, each exercise should last 30 seconds and take a 15-second break between each exercise. You must do two repetitions in the first week.
Exercise time in the second week should be increased to 55 seconds and take a break for 15 seconds. Do two repetitions, as you did the first week.
The final week's exercise should last 80 seconds and have a 10-second break. Do three repetitions last week.
