How to firm up your body this summer with Croq'body?



Do you feel flattered, flagada and sluggish? Your belly is chubby, your thighs are far from muscular? How about firming up your body with the Croq’ Body sports programme? Paired with a healthy, balanced diet, it promises to build muscle and tone in just 10 weeks. Explanations.

Croq' Body, a sports program to build muscle
Croq' Body is a sports program created by Andy Chiarelli, sports educator and fitness instructor in a fitness center and sports association. This program is accessible to all levels and is made up of several sports sessions, lasting 20 to 30 minutes a day, to be exercised for 10 weeks, 3 to 4 times a week.


Each sports session is made up of a sequence of exercises called “circuit training”. Each exercise differs from one session to another in order to solicit and work the muscles of the whole body. If the Croq' Body program is strictly respected during the 10 weeks, slimming and muscle building results can be visible in just 3 weeks... Provided that the diet, for its part, is healthy and balanced.

Strengthen your body with Croq' Body
Depending on the area(s) you want to strengthen and refine, you must:

Have a balanced, well thought out and composed diet to burn more fat in this/these area(s) of the body. For example, do you want to firm up your thighs? Your plates should be high in fiber and protein, but not in salt, sugar and saturated fat. Prefer to build muscle in your stomach and waist? You should also avoid foods that cause bloating such as raw vegetables, sodas and other carbonated drinks or foods made from white flour or refined cereals.

Favor Croq’ Body exercises that work the muscles of the targeted areas of the body. Add 30 more squats for your thighs or 30 additional seconds of sheathing for your belly, for example, per Croq’ Body session.

Apply caffeine-based slimming creams to prevent cellulite. You can also wear slimming clothes or massage yourself using the palpate-roll technique. The fats will be destocked more quickly.
