3 minutes top time! That's the time needed to perform these 3 exercises that don't require any special sports equipment! At stake ? Toned, well-defined and enhanced legs! No excuses: at home, while brushing your teeth, while dinner is simmering... We give ourselves 3 minutes to sculpt dream legs!
Genuflexion to strengthen thighs and buttocks
To sculpt a nice buttocks and tapered thighs - the inside of which is particularly difficult to firm up - we place ourselves in a forward lunge position. Clearly: the back straight, we put one foot in front and the other far behind, heel off the ground. It is too hard ? We put a hand on the front leg, to relieve the effort!

Hopping to tone thighs and abs
How about playing hopscotch? We draw inspiration from this childish game to work on our balance and enhance our legs. On a semi-flexed leg, we hold in balance. We tighten the abs, to make the work of the thighs more effective and concrete the belly. The more comfortable you are, the more you go down on each leg before going back up.

Ballerina shoes for slender legs
You raise your heels as high as possible by pushing with the soles of your feet. We hold 1 min before descending as slowly as possible. It burns too much and it becomes really uncomfortable? Alternate one leg, then the other.
