Many problems are clearly caused by eye strain. For example, it can cause pathologies like dry eyes, blurred vision or red eyes. Sometimes the eye also needs rest and eye exercises. Here are some simple exercises that do not take much time, but with which you can protect your eyes.

1. The Looking Up and Down Exercise:

Quickly look up and down continuously for 2 minutes. This exercise helps increase blood circulation in the eyes.

2. The exercise of looking at the notes on the glass:

Draw two dots on the left and right sides of a window in your house as shown in the picture, far apart. Select a distant object outside the window. Stare at that distant object for a few seconds, then move your gaze to the other spot in the window. Repeat this application 5 times.

3. Eyelid exercise:

Sit up straight, close your eyes tightly for 5 seconds, then open them wide. Repeat this 8-10 times. This exercise helps strengthen the eyelid muscles, improve blood circulation and relax the eye muscles.

4. Hot Palm Exercise:

Close your eyes for a few minutes, imagining yourself somewhere comfortable and pretty. Keep your palms warm by rubbing them together, then close your eyes with both hands for 1 minute and then open your eyes.

5. Massage exercise:

With your fingers, gently press down on the eyelids and after a few seconds release your hand. Repeat this application 3 times. With this massage you can improve the circulation of eye fluid.

6. Contrast aquatic exercise:

Flush eyes with warm and cold water to improve blood circulation. Wash your eyes twice a day. Wash in the morning with lukewarm water, then with cold water. In the evening, wash first with cold water, then with lukewarm water in the reverse order.



7. Concentration exercise:

Bring your thumb to your nose, focus your eyes on your finger for a few seconds, then relax. Slowly bring your finger closer to your nose, then away. Repeat this practice 10 times.

8. Eye opening and closing exercise:

Close your eyes for 5 seconds, then relax. Repeat this exercise 10 times.

9. Circles exercise:

Turn your eyes 4 times clockwise, then 4 times counter-clockwise.

10. Side view exercise:

Move your eyes sideways 6 times.
