Japanese weight loss specialist, Tamayo Arya, shared a quick but effective workout on her Instagram account that can turn a flabby stomach into a tight, flat stomach in just a few weeks. The secret here is to focus on tightening and stretching the abdominal and back muscles, and preventing more fat from accumulating in this area.

the first step

It is always worth warming up and stretching the muscles before starting any type of exercise. When you're done, stand up straight and place your arms on your hips. You can use a yoga mat or stand on a mat to avoid hurting your feet.

The second step

Put your hands on your hips to maintain your balance and open your legs so they are wider than your shoulders. Remember, you should show your feet a bit.

The third stage

Put your hands on your knees and bend over. You will now feel tension in the thigh muscles. Remember to perform each movement slowly and with precision, aiming to feel some tension in all your muscles.

The fourth step

During this movement, the exercise will hit your core muscles. Bend forward, turning your right shoulder to the left and inward. Your left shoulder should face back. You should feel a stretch in the muscles of your thighs, waist, and back. Hold this position for 3 seconds, then return to the starting position.

Fifth step

In this position, it is best to breathe deeply before resuming your exercise.

Step Six

Repeat step four in the opposite direction; Rotate your left shoulder to the right and inward, your right shoulder should be facing back.

Results

For best results, do 2 sets of 10 reps per exercise. And remember, it's always best to stick to a healthy diet.
