A number of researchers have compared different types of exercise to determine the best way to burn calories, especially since burning body fat requires building muscle mass that improves metabolism even after exercise.

The best way to burn fat is to do exercises that move muscles all over the body, even if the fat is concentrated in one specific area, so I've identified the two best sports that can do this. The task is CrossFit and Tabata.

A study of a popular CrossFit exercise called "Cindy" can burn 13 calories per minute, or about 260 calories, in 20 minutes, while Tabata exercises burn 14.5 calories per minute, or 280 calories during a 20-minute activity . the rates are high compared to other sports, especially since these exercises put the body into a fat-burning state even after the exercises are over.


For his part, John Porcari, based on a study on Sport Tabata and professor of sport science at the University of Wisconsin, said that these high fat burning rates require continuing and exercising.
