30 tips to regain your creativity and imagination

It would be so much easier never to have to be creative, so much easier to never create, so much easier to never imagine anything.
But that's the way the world is: we constantly need to create new things, new ideas, to get by.
So whether you are a musician, painter, writer, blogger, parent, athlete, photographer, business owner, or whatever, you are always looking for inspiration. And nowadays, with the many distractions that surround us, it is even more difficult to find that famous inspiration.
Creativity is generally considered to be a personality trait that resides in the individual. We rely on people to produce the songs, movies and books that we love; To invent new gadgets that can change our lives; And to discover new scientific theories and philosophies that can change the way we see the world.
In recent years, however, social psychologists have discovered that creativity and imagination is not only a characteristic of the individual, but can also change depending on the situation and context.

How to boost your creativity?
