When I started to become an observer of myself through my yoga practice and meditation, I heard my inner dialogue. Shock ! I was in denial complaining all the time. I was not complaining loud and clear, but internally without even realizing it!
It was when I started to change my internal dialogue - telling the story I kept telling myself - that I started to succeed rather than fail. Until then it had been fail after failure in all areas of my life.
I'm still complaining today because it's a stubborn habit, but making the decision to stop complaining, and therefore to stop bitching, is one of the best decisions I've ever made!
Complaining about all the things that are beyond our control or beyond our control is an effective way to avoid facing situations or circumstances that we believe have no solutions.
Does spending your time complaining about the things you can't change make you feel better, positive, and satisfied? Think about it.
You know as well as I do that constantly having a negative attitude and being successful in life is not possible.
Negative thinking gnaws at you from inside you more and more every day. You "damage" your health and without health, no success!
Any negative thoughts make it difficult for you to feel better and live happily. If in addition you live or rub shoulders with a complainer, a critic or a pessimist, then you are in double danger! :-)
