There is usually some catalyst (or several of them) that leads someone to the decision that some serious change is in order. Unfortunately, it is easy to live with these signs for a long time before even noticing what they are trying say. The key to understanding what is going on in our life is recognizing how we feel. If we are feeling anxious, discontent or bitter, it could be our body’s way of telling us it’s time to try something new.
1. Nothing will affect you or motivate you anymore
We must all have something to live in and a purpose that makes us wake up in the morning, even if we love relaxation and comfort. There must be an engine that makes us lag behind social events because some people need our presence or because our jobs require our efforts. What motivates us is our desire to succeed and realize our ambitions and goals, but if we lose that desire, we will not worry about getting up in the morning or staying for our jobs or for people who have need us. If you feel apathetic and can not restore that stimulus, it may be a sign. Your needs, wishes or priorities may have changed. It's time to do something about it Life teaches us to continue even when things are difficult and complex, but do not be afraid to change and identify yourself again. It's not a surrender but a break to evaluate if you still want the same things in life. You can sometimes discover that you still want the same things, but you must change your techniques, strategies and tactics. If you still want the same things, change your daily routine. If you want new things, you must be brave enough and take important steps in your life: it may be time to finish your job or change your personal life or relationships.
Keep in mind that this does not mean that you have failed, but that you are simply ready to focus on what matters most to you.
2 - feel miserable at least once a day
We tend to ignore misfortune because it is normal to be upset or frustrated, but if you feel unhappy every day without knowing the exact cause, it is likely a sign that will lead you to change.
Some things - like your work or relationships - can give you a lot of them, but they can also wear you out and exhaust you too, even if we have to get tired of getting the nice things that are worth fighting for, but we have to reject what makes us feel a permanent misery.
If you are not happy every day, it's time to know that this feeling is a sign that you are doing something wrong in your life about your own happiness and that you are ready and in need of a change .
3. Feeling bored
A normal life is not fun and fun all the time, but if you're bored a lot, it could be a sign. There is certainly a difference between getting up on a Sunday and not knowing what to do; get up every day and get bored.
It may be that you no longer feel that your work improves or improves your character as it was, or that your appearance of pleasure has changed, so the activities you did were boring for you. Take the time to check the order. Is it a transient feeling of boredom? Or do you need something bigger to make sense of your life?
4. the tension
Tension is one of the most common signs of change, but it is also one of the most difficult signs, because when you feel stressed, you are automatically concerned about the change.
It can be difficult to manage stress, but fortunately there are so many different ways. A person must often try in many ways to determine what is right for him, but sometimes all you have to do is know what's left and if it's worth it. If this tension shows that a change is necessary, you must accept it and go through this stage of your life because you are clearly ready.
5 - feeling fear and anxiety
We all have concerns, such as losing someone or a job or making bad decisions. We fear many things because life is scary. But the trick is to know if we are in control or controlled by fear. It is acceptable to be afraid but not to live in constant fear. So, if you're afraid of something and worry about it every day, it's time to understand the source of this fear and see it as an important sign of change. Fear makes it very difficult to think about changing your life, but in your opinion, go beyond your fear for a moment and learn that you can choose to stay in that state of mind and overcome it:
"Try to imagine a future without fear and use it as a tool to make the difficult decision now and change your life for the better."
All changes are difficult and should not be taken lightly, but we must see them more positively than negatively. Changing your life can be difficult, but it can be worth it.
