Step 1. Self-education
The first step towards self-discovery is self-education. This means that you must remove the whole tradition and what you have learned throughout your life. It's time to put everything I taught and told him. You must even challenge your strongest beliefs and look at everything from different perspectives. This means that you should read books and interact with strangers and travel. I did a lot of reading for me in later years. I grew up, reading was the last thing I wanted to do and I never thought in life that it would be the key to turning my life. I read a lot of books that literally helped change my life and my views on life. I traveled to many states and states to discover new lands and new cultures.
While traveling, I met so great people that I had good conversations to help with my discoveries. My trip to Thailand was the most amazing experience. I went to a pub in Bangkok, Thailand and met the older locals sitting in the bar. He spoke English and practiced Buddhism, and taught me a lot about Buddhism. I am not a Buddhist, but now I practice some Buddhist traditions. I also asked my family many questions, why we had a certain tradition, why we were Christians, and why it lasted for hours. Although I have not received any specific answer for any reason. I was told, "That's how things happened and what was passed on to us." I could not accept such an answer and began to educate myself on my own terms to lay the foundation for a new meaning in my life.
Step 2. Remove the rest
This education I received for myself created some discomfort. I learned new things and found that there was no good or bad way to see things in this life. People made me think that there was one way and of course it was their way. To educate myself made me uncomfortable with family, friends and society. You are also uncomfortable with personal challenges.
Challenging what you think is not possible will rob you of your entire life. Going to a mosque when you are a Christian is a challenge to rest. Moving to another country or country that does not have a family or friends is a challenge to rest. Try new foods, new activities, and face all physical and mental concerns. When you challenge the comfort of your mind, you will see what you are capable of and you may discover something you love along the way. You can read about scuba diving and know everything about this activity, but it is not comparable to the physical work of scuba diving. Go ahead and try new things and you will learn more about yourself than ever before.
Step 3. Be Alone
Now, when you educate and remove comfort in your life, no one should be along this path. Self-discovery trip is exactly the first part "self." To be alone removes opinions, judgment and all other unnecessary distractions. Being alone will help you master your thoughts and reflections to erase your thoughts. I want you to know that being alone does not mean that you are alone. Feeling loneliness is a feeling of insecurity, shock, sadness, and a lack of self-love, healing and safety.
I know that we often confuse the two and that people feel that they always need someone with them in great adventures. This time alone will give you time to develop your thoughts and master your consciousness and subconscious. We have full control over our ideas and seem to get angry when we were on our own, but we can control them. We have complete control over our minds and bodies, but we need to be aware of this during self-discovery. Meditate, pray, transform evil thoughts into great thoughts and overcome the positive in your subconscious by reading, watching, eating and just listening positive. Being alone and deciding what you want to think about is all you can.
