Constraints of communication
Communication is defined as the process or way knowledge, values, attitudes, and skills are transferred between two or more parties in order to influence one another and to share experiences and ideas. There are key elements of any communication process: sender, future, message, Communication channel, feedback, and for effective communication, communication barriers must be avoided.

Personal Constrains
Is the group of obstacles related to the same person, whether sender or future, as individual differences have an important role in the success or failure of the process of communication, and these obstacles:

* The difference in perception. This variation results from individual differences that affect understanding, perception and judgment of things. Each person has his or her own way of describing and talking about events.
* Negative attitudes, which arise when the sender carries negative thoughts about himself and the person of the future, and the manifestations of that move away from others and lack of communication with them, and includes the silence of information and non-participation of others to appear distinctly from them, these behaviors negatively affect the success of communication.

* Lack of skills. The skills that must be mastered are writing and reasoning. If these skills are not available, it is difficult to create effective communication.
* Getting information wrong, this leads to poor communication.
* The existence of bad relations between individuals and a lack of understanding, trust, and cooperation, leading to the difficulty of communication between them.

Organizational Constrains
All institutions have an organizational structure that illustrates administrative levels, authority, responsibility, and management of relationships within the organization, and any defect in this structure impairs effective communication, as follows:

* Languages and dialects, they affect the understanding of the two sides of the communication and their understanding of the meaning of speech, as each of them understands the phrase differently.
* The geographic dimension between the decision-maker and its implementer, which contributes to increasing the likelihood of familiarity with all matters and lack of communication.
* The lack of social activities in the institution, which leads to the divergence of social relations between individuals and employees of the institution, resulting in the lack of effective communication and common understanding.

Environmental Constrains
Are the obstacles that arise from the environment in which individuals live, whether the internal environment of work or external, including:

* Languages and dialects, they affect the understanding of the two sides of the communication and their understanding of the meaning of speech, as each of them understands the phrase differently.
* The geographic dimension between the decision-maker and its implementer, which contributes to increasing the likelihood of familiarity with all matters and lack of communication.
* The lack of social activities in the institution, which leads to the divergence of social relations between individuals and employees of the institution, resulting in the lack of effective communication and common understanding.
