What is stress
Tension is a natural response from your body to some things that disturb your natural balance in one way or another. For example, when your body faces a danger, whether real or not, your defense system automatically responds to these changes by attacking, escaping or freezing your place. Your defense system releases stress hormones such as adrenaline and cortisone. These hormones act to declare a state of emergency in your body. Your muscles shrink and your blood pressure increases and your breathing accelerates. These symptoms increase the speed of your reaction and increase the concentration and readiness of your heart or brain depending on the situation you are exposed to. This method is what allows your body to defend itself. It is okay to feel this response. Your focus is inspired In situations of danger, these responses save your life. They give greater strength to self-defense, and this response to stress is what makes you accept the challenges, which makes you at the top of the focus while you are viewing or presiding over a work meeting.
