How to improve my memory

Maintain mental activity

Mental activity is maintained in the form of the brain, just as physical activity in the body does. These activities include crossword puzzles, different ways of driving, learning to play musical instruments, volunteering in a local school or community organization. Proposed by Dr. Morley to improve mental skills:

Loopback test: By doing a list of groceries needed, some tasks to be done, or any other list, and keeping them, after an hour try to recap and remember this list.

Solve mathematical problems in the brain: Trying to solve sports problems without using a pen, paper, or computer, and make it more difficult to solve while playing sports, such as walking.

Learn Cookery: Learning to cook requires running a number of senses, namely smell, touch, sight, taste, and each of these senses belongs to a different part of the brain.

Map in Memory:  When you return from visiting a new place, you draw a map of that area, and repeat it when you visit every new place.
