TOP 5 of the best and worst sports to strengthen your buttocks

Our little ranking

A tailor-made program to shape your buttocks is essential, but playing sports to maintain your shape and your body is essential. Today, Salma, I LOVE MY POPOTIN coach, tells you about sports practices that can help you build muscle in addition to a targeted program.

Here is a small top 5 of the best sports:

Skating: 10/10. This is a great sport to pump up your buttocks! And yes when you push your legs forward, you work your thighs and the gluteus maximus, you know the muscle that gives the buttocks the rounded appearance!

The hike: 10/10. A great buttocks thanks to the hike is possible! Especially if you are in the mountains. Indeed the slope increases the muscular work of the buttocks. So here we go, let's go for the adventure!
Swimming: 9/10. All strokes are interesting but the breaststroke is "the must".

In addition to strengthening the whole body, it allows you to work all the gluteal muscles.

Have you ever looked at a frog? Look at their buttocks how muscular they are!!
Dance: 7/10. Combine business with pleasure! If you like to wiggle your hips, don't hesitate.

Some dances stimulate the buttocks more than others, such as Latin dances.
Horseback riding 7/10. In addition to being a very nice sport, horseback riding is very good for the butt.

Sports to avoid if you want to focus on the glutes.
The bike: 4/10. Get that out of your head, the bike doesn't muscle your buttocks.

Unless you are a dancer all along the course, the bike has other virtues but not this one!
Running: 4/10. Very fashionable at the moment, many think that this practice is positive for the buttocks but in fact not at all.

If you are running to build your buttocks, stop right away!
Aquabiking 3/10. Like cycling, it will refine your thighs, improve blood circulation, but in no way will shape your buttocks.
The squat 3/10.

It's not a sport but rather a way to build muscle. Very effective for shaping your thighs (quadriceps), it is however of little use for shaping your buttocks. If used too intensely, it causes knee or back problems.

How often ?

It's really important to be consistent and not give up. Practice at least 1 to 2 times a week in addition to a special buttock targeted program. See it more as a pleasure rather than a chore. Above all, sport is good for your health, for your mind, for your balance.
