This fitness application is ultra-complete: recipes, targeted workouts suitable for the gym as well as at home... Something to delight sports addicts! If the application in its entirety is not free, you can still access several courses without paying. And especially the 'Bikini with Sissy'! Worn by Sissy Mua - a very popular fit girl in the industry and on social networks - the program lasts 4 weeks (now the 'Bikini with Sissy' program is available in 6 versions, each comprising between 6 and 14 video sessions). Each session targets a particular area ... to strengthen the body as a whole. On the rhythm side, the sessions are alternated, each time including a day of rest. The goal? Sculpting a dream body for the summer... or maintaining a daily routine!
What do we like? You don't need to have suitable equipment to engage in some of the exercises offered by the Domyos Fitness Club. Every week, the coaches add new sessions (up to 120 per week) to satisfy everyone: Pilates gym, cardio fitness, dance, yoga, bodybuilding, cross-training, boxing: there's something for everyone. ! Admittedly, the subscription to this virtual club is not free, but you benefit from 30 days of trials, free of charge and without obligation! The opportunity to test before buying this subscription (9 € per month or 60 € per year) or not!
Boxing at home? To let off steam and put a right hook to the bad vibes, we really need it! Focusing on programs inspired by boxing and bootcamp, the Punch Boxing Studio has decided to make the skills of its coaches available, free of charge, to encourage its community to (continue to) move. In the program ? A video, posted every 2 days on the Instagram account @punch.boxing (IGTV), offering a sequence with 50% boxing exercises and 50% bootcamp. Legs, buttocks, arms, abs, back... All parts of the body will be solicited over the days!
RITM (formerly Healthcity) has also launched online video courses in a free version open to all! On the program, every day, a video offering about 10 minutes of targeted exercises (mobility, muscle strengthening, cardio, stretching, etc.) to be done at home!
