I decided to keep it, and time passed until I reached 80, so I was very happy because I hadn't seen this number for a long time and I was desperate to get it.
So I started to cruise again on the basis of what I increased on the one hand and on the other hand, I continued my career and lost more weight. Thus, I started the first phase of the cruise, but I did not follow any diet, and on the contrary, I noticed that I eat a lot and bake, and there is no specific time or organization in eating, so I thought that I would go back more than the first. But the exercises maintained my weight.
I went on the first stage for 4 weeks and the second for 3 weeks, and I stopped because of the summer vacations and Ramadan after two.

Despite the miraculous eating, my weight remained stable at 80. After stopping the exercises for more than a month with the stapling, I only increased one and a half kilos of curdling the food. So, after reaching the second stage:
The sweet thing is that everyone who saw me says that I am very thin, and the waists and lower back fat are completely gone. My waist is much thinner and the stomach from the front (the fat above the waist) is clearly thinned and the waist is tight. The clothes became much prettier. They were no longer gathered at the waist. I started to look like an hourglass, and the hips were showing a bit.

What I noticed in the last week of the second stage is that the sides are from the chest, and the one whose chest is large, you will know what I am talking about. I was afraid a lot, I mean, first under the arms I had fat and now I am afraid a lot.

As for the feeling, which is something else I will tell you about: I feel skinny, I am certainly not smart, but I am agile, although I want 20 kilos and I am still agile. I felt joy because I care about my condition. I started to take care of my appearance and dress more, and I was encouraged to take a smaller size and in many clothes of smaller sizes, it became more beautiful for me.
Many good days. My self-confidence and appearance improved and I was no longer ashamed of my body as before.
My sensitivity eases when someone talks about obesity or something else, so that sometimes I forget that I am still fat and consider myself skinny, and this talk does not concern me. :p
