To get off to a good start and refuel for the day, without filling up on calories, you put on fruits, yogurts and cereals. Here are 10 products to consume at breakfast to start your morning!



1 - A pressed orange
A good squeezed orange juice or citrus (lemon, grapefruit) brings all the necessary vitamins to be in shape throughout the morning. In fact, favor fruits with fruit juices that are sweeter.

2 - A banana
Here is a fruit rich in potassium, which has the particularity of satiating quickly, to hold until lunch without feeling hungry. It is perfectly integrated into our smoothies for a breakfast that boosts our mornings.

3 - A yoghurt
