Think about what you want, not what you do not want, for example
  Say (I'm successful I want to be successful), and do not say (I do not want to fail)

  Make your mind full of ideas related to the things you want

1. Sit comfortably

  2. Close your eyes, breathe deeply 3 times
(Breathe deeply and slowly through the nose and insert it into the abdomen ... from the nose to the mouth, ie enter the air through the nose but removed by mouth). ...

3 - Now focus on what you want only in your life (dream, goal, security, marriage, success), full confidence that you will achieve it

4 - Tell yourself all you want to be
(I'm strong, I'm reassuring, I trust God is great, I'm satisfied, I'm happy, I will achieve my goals)
 Now consciously change all negative thoughts into positive dreams that evolve your life

 5. Now see yourself in the future and you achieve these positive dreams
Live the realization of the dream in every detail, live like a fact
